ಕಳ್ಳ ಕಾಕರ Tax ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದವರೇ ಕಟ್ಟುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ...!
"ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕಳ್ಳ ನನ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು. ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಇಷ್ಟು ಕೋಟಿ ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಹರಿದು ಬರುತ್ತೆ, ಏನೂ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಮಾಡೋದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೋಟಿಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ಹಣ ಲೂಟಿ ಹೊಡೆದು ತಿಂದು ತೇಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ..."
ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನ ನಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಕೆಲವು ಜನ ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನ ಕೇಳಿರ್ತಿರಿ, ಅಲ್ವಾ...?
ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರ ಎಂದು ನೋಡಿದರೆ, ಉತ್ತರ:- ಇಲ್ಲ.!
130 ಕೋಟಿ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 1.46 ಕೋಟಿ ಜನ ಮಾತ್ರ "ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆದಾಯ" ಅಡಿ ನೇರ-ತೆರಿಗೆ (Direct-Tax) ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ (2018-19 ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಕರೊನ ಪೂರ್ವ).
ಸತ್ಯವಾಗ್ಲೂ ಬೇಸರ ಅನ್ಸುತ್ತೆ, ಕಣ್ರೀ..
ಹೌದು, ದೇಶದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಶೇಕಡ 1 ರಷ್ಟು ಜನ ಮಾತ್ರ ನೇರ-ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿರುವುದು.
ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಜನ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆದಾಯ ಗಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟದೆ ಕಳ್ಳಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಲಕ್ಷ/ಕೋಟಿಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದುಡಿಯಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೇ - ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ಪೈಸೆಯೂ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟದೆ? ಇದೆಂಥಾ ನ್ಯಾಯ ರೀ..? 👎
ಆ ಕಳ್ಳ ಕಾಕರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನೇರ-ತೆರಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಸಂಬಳದಾರರು 10%, 20%, 30% ವರೆಗೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. 😭
ದುರಂತ ಏನೆಂದರೆ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದವರು 30% ರಷ್ಟು ನೇರ-ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕೈಗೆ ಉಳಿದ ಹಣದಿಂದ ಏನಾದರು ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ 5-18% ವರೆಗೆ GST ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
ಕಳ್ಳಾಟ ಆಡದೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿದರೆ ಈಗಿನ 30% ರಷ್ಟು ತೆರಿಗೆ ಏನಿದೆ ನೋಡಿ ಇದನ್ನ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದು ನನ್ನ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ. ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿದರೆ ನನಗೇನ್ ಲಾಭ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವವರು ನುಂಗಿ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅನ್ನಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅದು ಎನೂ ಮಾಡೋಕೆ ಆಗೋಲ್ಲ.
ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗಳಿಸಿದರು ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಂಚನೆ ಕಳ್ಳಾಟ ಆಡುತ್ತಿರುವವರು ಎಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳಾದ್ರೂ ನೀವು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಗಂಟು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರಬಹುದು. ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವಂತಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕಂತೂ ಬರೋದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ ಕಾಣುತ್ತೆ. ಆದರೆ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹಣವಾದರು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಇಚ್ಛೆಯಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ನೋಡಿ - ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳಿಲು ಸೇವೆಯ ಸಂತೃಪ್ತಿ ದೊರೆತೀತು.
ನಿನ್ನ ದುಡಿಮೆ ನಿನ್ನದೇ - ನಿಜ.
ಆದರೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ದುಡಿಮೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿತವಾಗಿರುವುದೇ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮಟ್ಟಿನ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆಗಳು - ಈ ಋಣ ತೀರಿಸಿ.
ಅಫ್ಘಾನಿಸ್ತಾನ ದ ಈಗಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ನೋಡಿ. ದೇಶವು ಸದೃಢ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಶ್ರಮದ ಗಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಕವಡೆ ಕಾಸಿನ ಕಿಮ್ಮತ್ತು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಿಗಿಲಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮಗಳ ಜೀವ-ಜೀವನ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ನರಕವಾದೀತು.
ಅರ್ಹರೆಲ್ಲ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೊರೆ ಹೊರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದ ತೆರಿಗೆದಾರರ ಭಾರ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಇಳಿಯಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದು ನನ್ನ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ.
ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವುದು ದಂಡವಲ್ಲ.!
ಅದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಗಳಿಕೆಯ ಮುಖಗನ್ನಡಿ.!
ಅದು ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗೆ ಅತ್ಯವಶ್ಯಕ.!

Why you are thinking that paying more taxes, we can use swadeshi products which are less taxes and also there are option to reduce the taxes.
ReplyDeleteMany people completed there graduation and sitting in village, they can start self employment which can produce daily needs product. Which helping in own job and helping others.
A village people paying lacks for kalyana mantapa for one day, just imagine 30 people in a village paying 1.5 lack each for kalyana mantapa its costs 45 lack. If they put same in constructing of kalyana mantapa in village , its helps many people and govt also giving fund.
The people don't know the facilities govt is giving. The educated people should know all the facilities provided by govt.
We just think , paid tax and waiting for them to come , check and resolve, but it will not work as I think.

Quite correct. In my opinion, anything above 22-23 percent is extortion. It is foolish to assume that the govt has even a modicum of moral right to collect one third of a man's hard earned income in return for practically nothing. In Scandinavian states people do pay far heftier taxes but people transparently experience and enjoy the benefits of it. In India, the earnings of the middle class go to feed the idleness of people who form the voting block of corrupt politicians & who ensure that not only these rascals but their family members too,

Yes, Sir. That's very true. As a tax payers we feel so pain when we think of utilization of our money. But we are helpless and can't do anything as I mentioned in the article above.

This is very true. Not surprisingly 4% of the taxpayers pay 60% of the total tax revenue generated. The contribution of tax revenue to nation's economy is not very encouraging. Government should bring fix all the loop holes and bring very tuff rules for tax evaders or it should completely remove direct tax collection and get that revenue from else where. Not everyone want to pay the tax but everyone wants all the benefits from government. While other side politicians who run the government are very corrupt and loot honest tax payer's money.
